Founded in 2020 by husband-and-wife duo Yuliya Panchenko and Eliar Tabrizi, Believe in Boudoir was born during one of the darkest times for artists everywhere. As the world shut down and photography studios closed overnight, Yuliya and Eliar saw their dream collapsing — and with it, their only source of income.
But out of that moment of loss came a single slideshow presentation… the spark that would grow into a global movement.
